Pagán & Associates CRES, LLC begin on January 1, 2018. It is family own commercial real estate company with massive 23 years experience in the real estate business. Their start begin in their home country and US territory of the common wealth of Puerto Rico and then expanded by generation to the Florida, USA. Many of their experience begin on the residential industry and some commercial business. Their real estate training and license were with major companies such Coldwell Banker, Wallace Realty, and RE/MAX. On 2015 Steven Rosa Pagán joined RE/MAX Premier Associates six month before retire from the US Army after 10 years of honorable service. On January 2017 he switched division within the company to RE/MAX Commercial Associates where he certified himself in commercial real-estate and CCIM courses. On August 1st 2017 and after proving himself in the commercial real estate and graduating from his Masters Degree Business, MBA Steven became partner of RE/MAX Commercial Associates and manage the daily operations of the company. Steven success and analytical observation in the commercial market took him to the Tampa Bay area to start his own operation with his family. Since 2018, Pagán & Associates CRE, Commercial Real Estate farms the areas of Hillsborough and Hernando county Florida and the metro region of Puerto Rico.

Broker and Owner of Pagán & Associates CRES, LLC in Brooksville Florida, a full service international real estate brokerage firm. Steven received a BBA in Business with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Phoenix and Master in Business Administration, MBA from the same University. Since 2004, he launched his Real Estate career in Puerto Rico. In 2016 he earned the top commercial sales transaction for the year, and in 2006 he earned the salesman award for most homes sold during that year. Steven commercial training was thanks to RE/MAX Commercial Associates and his coach JM Padron, CCIM. Steven adds value to his professional services by bringing his acquired experience while serving in the US Army for ten years and retired as a Senior Human Resources Staff Sergeant and Battalion Administrator. He is a certified in Commercial Real Estate Broker (CCP), Real Estate Owned (REO), Military Residential Specialist (MILRES), Broker Price Opinion (BPO), perusing the CCIM designation. Steven is also a member of Florida Advisory Council, and a member of the State of Florida Veteran Business Certification.
